Gift certificates are offerings of love & gratitude. Choose a service, package or dollar value for that special person! GST will be added to all gift certificates.
Please inform spa reception of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking.
Promptness: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will deprive you of the full length of your treatment.
Mobile Phones: In consideration of other spa guests, we ask that mobile phones and pagers be turned off prior to entering the spa.
What do I wear? You are welcome to come in your bathrobe. Treatments using oils will soil your undergarments. Your technician will ensure proper draping at all times however, disposable undergarments are available if you prefer. Leave all jewelry in the security unit provided in your suite. Artesia Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Cancellation Policy: Services may be canceled up until 4pm one day in advance of your reservation. Cancellation received after this time will result in full charge for services booked. Packages require 48 hour notice for cancellation.
Gratuities: In appreciation of your service, gratuities may be offered.
Registered Massage Therapists: For extended medical plans, RMT's must be requested at the time of reservation.
